A new version of the energy exchange regulation

Please be informed that on 30 June 2016 the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices approved a new version of BALTPOOL UAB Energy Exchange Regulation. The new version of the Regulation has been prepared taking into account the exchange operation experience accumulated by the Operator and the need for further improvement of trade processes expressed by the exchange participants. The new version of the Regulation will come in force on 1 July 2016.

A NEW VERSION OF THE ENERGY EXCHANGE REGULATION COMES IN FORCE FROM 01/07/2016

Please be informed that on 30 June 2016 the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices approved a new version of BALTPOOL UAB Energy Exchange Regulation. The new version of the Regulation has been prepared taking into account the exchange operation experience accumulated by the Operator and the need for further improvement of trade processes expressed by the exchange participants. The new version of the Regulation will come in force on 1 July 2016.

Please note that henceforth, when selling orders are placed, the final order price with added calculated transport costs will be rounded off to the next higher whole number with euro accuracy.

Please find a detailed list of the main amendments to the Regulation.

Taking into account the amended provisions of the Regulation, the Conditions of Trade in Biofuel Products and the Typical Conditions of Supply of Biofuel have been updated accordingly. Please find the main changes to the Typical Conditions of Supply of Biofuel.
