Risk management system ensures that all the contracts are executed properly. After assessing participants, they are assigned to an appropriate category. The Operator’s right to keep the collaterals paid by the Exchange participants has been approved by the Bank of Lithuania.

Performance security guarantee

•  We ensure the success of the transactions. In 2021, 100% of BALTPOOL Biomass Exchange contracts were successfully completed.
• Before trading on the BALTPOOL Biomass Exchange, the participant must pay a financial collateral of 5-15%*
• All financial collateral for the execution of concluded transactions is kept in a special deposit account.
