- The total turnover of the exchange in the second quarter of 2021 amounted to 1,050,090 MWh (76.5% of the quantity was concluded under short-term contracts). Compared to the first quarter of 2021, there was a 14.5% decrease in the turnover. Compared to the second quarter of 2020, the turnover has dropped by 31.4%.
- The number of concluded contracts has reached 1496 for an average price of 11.59 EUR/MWh. In the 1st quarter of 2021, 2286 contracts were concluded at a price of 12.08 EUR/MWh (-4%). Compared to the 2nd quarter of 2020, 1236 contracts were concluded at an average price of 9.74 EUR/MWh (19%).
- At the end of the 2nd quarter, the total amount of delivered biomass amounted to 1,037,380 MWh (91.4% under short-term contracts). Compared to the 1st quarter of 2021, there was a 54% decrease in the actually delivered quantity. Compared to the 2nd quarter of 2020, the delivered quantity has increased by 9%.
