BIOMASS AUCTION STATISTICS
- The biomass SPOT price in Lithuania was 18.97 Eur/MWh. Compared to the previous month, the price increased by 7%, while the SPOT price decreased by 8% compared to the previous year’s results.
- The biomass SPOT price in Latvia was EUR 19.30/MWh. The price remained stable compared to the previous month and the price dropped by 11% compared to the previous year’s result.
- The SPOT price for biomass in Estonia remained unchanged as no transactions were concluded on this market in August: 17.30 Eur/MWh.
- The turnover on the biomass exchange amounted to 623,460 MWh (EUR 12.6 million), with no significant change in turnover compared to the previous month and a decrease of 12% compared to the previous year.
