REGARDING THE DOCUMENTATION OF VAT INVOICES FOR DELIVERED BIOMASS

We hereby inform that according to Article 15.1.7 of the Energy Exchange Regulation approved by Resolution No O3-201 of 30 June 2016 of the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter – the Regulation), starting from 1 September 2016, invoices for delivered biomass shall be documented by BALTPOOL UAB, the Operator of the Energy Exchange (hereinafter – the Operator) for and on behalf of participants.
