Regarding the extension and execution of the suspended 15-10-2024 Latvian Trading Session on 16-10-2024

The operator of the Energy Resources Exchange Baltpool UAB (the “Operator”) informs that due to the disruption of the Exchange’s electronic trading system (the “ETS”) on 15-10-2024, the content of the selling orders was not fully displayed on the ETS during the auction stage of the trading session for the conclusion of the transactions for the delivery of the biomass fuel to the territory of the Republic of Latvia (hereinafter referred to as “the Latvian Trading Session”) held on 15-10-2024. Therefore, the Latvian Trading session has been suspended. Following the identification and resolution of the ETS malfunction, the Latvian Trading Session shall be resumed from the auction stage. 

In line with Clause 3.4 of the Energy Exchange Regulation, please be informed that the Latvian Trading Session, which was suspended on 15-10-2024, will be resumed on 16-10-2024, with the auction stage of the Latvian Trading Session to be executed on Wednesday, 16-10-2024, from 11:00 to 12:00, in accordance with the orders placed in the Latvian Trading Session up until 11:00 15-10-2024 (inclusive). 

Accordingly, the Latvian Trading Session, which has started on 15-10-2024, will be extended and executed on 16-10-2024 in the following order: 

IMPORTANT! Once the auction stage of the extended Latvian Trading Session has started, you must refresh the trading system window.
