The Constitutional Court adopted a resolution on the PSO
On 29th October 2015 The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania adopted a resolution declaring that Rules on Provision of the Public Service Obligations in the Electricity Sector (PSO) and Rules on Administration of Funds of PSO, approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, is fully compatible with the provisions of the Constitution
On 29th October 2015 The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania adopted a resolution declaring that Rules on Provision of the Public Service Obligations in the Electricity Sector (PSO) and Rules on Administration of Funds of PSO, approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, is fully compatible with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Electricity and the Law on Renewable Energy.
